On Tuesday, 8-8-2017, Tom Green County Sheriff’s Investigators and Texas Ranger Nick Hanna obtained a warrant for the arrest of STEPHEN LYNNE JENNINGS for the offense of murder.  The warrant was served on JENNINGS in the Tom Green County Jail.  JENNINGS bond has been set at $500,000.00 on the murder charge. 

On Wednesday, 8-9-2017, Tom Green County Sheriff’s Investigators and Texas Ranger Nick Hanna obtained warrants for the arrest of four additional individuals.  DAVID NAVARRO is charged with the offense of Murder.  NAVARRO was arrested in Presidio County on 8-9-2017 and then transported back to Tom Green County and booked into the Tom Green County Jail.  The following three individuals have been charged with Engaging In Organized Criminal Activity- Murder and warrants issued for their arrest.  On 8-9-2017, GARRY LYNN JENNINGS arrested at the Tom Green County Jail, KRISTEN JENNINGS arrested at the Taylor County Jail and ANGELLA WRAY was arrested in San Angelo and booked into the Tom Green County Jail. 

The investigation into the death of Eric Torrez is continuing.  Upon completion of the investigation, additional information will be released on the murder of Eric Torrez.
