On Friday, February 28, 2020, Tom Green County Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 1700 block of Koberlin Street. During the violator contact, probable cause was developed to search the suspect vehicle. Deputies located 3.1 pounds of marijuana, a quantity of THC oil, methamphetamine, and controlled prescription medication.

Justin Phillips, the driver, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana >4oz < 5lbs, Possession of Controlled Substance PG 2 > 1g, and one City of San Angelo warrant.

Maggie McDonald, a passenger, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana >4oz < 5lbs and Possession of Controlled Substance PG 2 < 1g.

Brandy Korn, a passenger, was arrested for Possession Controlled Substance PG 1 < 1g, Possession Controlled Substance PG3 <28g, and Possession of Marijuana <2oz.
