FELONY DRUG ARREST

On 7-30-20, Tom Green County Sheriff's Deputies while on patrol conducted a traffic stop on US Highway 67 North. The driver identified as David Ochampaugh was found to have two outstanding Tom Green County felony warrants. 

Ochampaugh was arrested without incident and a probable cause search of his vehicle was conducted.  The search yielded 58.7 grams methamphetamine, 7.2 grams Adderall, 17.1 grams MDMA, .08 ounces of marijuana.  Drug paraphernalia was also located in the vehicle. 

David Ochampaugh, 38, was arrested for Manufacturing and Deliver of CS PG 1 >=4G<200G a 1st Degree Felony, Manufacturing and Deliver of CS PG 2 or 2-A>=4G<400G a 1st Degree Felony, Possession of Marijuana < 2oz a Class B Misdemeanor, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Warrants.  Bond has been set at $101,000.00.

Ochampaugh, was booked into the Tom Green County Jail without incident.
