GROUND, WATER, AND AIR SEARCH LEADS TO RECOVERY OF ENDANGERED SAN ANGELO MAN
Kevin Minzenmayer, 26, was last seen by his family around 9:00 P.M. on Friday, January 29, 2021. His family reported him missing to the San Angelo Police Department the next day.
Minzenmayer's truck was subsequently discovered in the area of the Twin Buttes spillway and on Wednesday, February 03, 2021, a multi-agency searched ensued at approximately 9:00 A.M. The search continued throughout the day and into the evening. At approximately 9:15 P.M. a thermal image observed from a U.S Customs Air Branch Division aircraft was identified as potentially being Mr. Minzenmayer.
