CHILD PREDATOR TAKEN OFF THE STREET AFTER TGSO WARRANT AND ARREST

On Monday, 10/27/2025, the Tom Green County Sheriff's Office SRT team and San Angelo Police Department SWAT team executed a child pornography search warrant in the 4400 block of Travis Street.    Upon execution of the warrant, deputies gathered digital evidence and one firearm from the residence.    The occupant, Andrew Moreno, was arrested for multiple warrants, including Indecency with a Child, Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Possession of Child Pornography, and Bail Jumping.   The defendant has an extensive criminal record and is being held on bond in excess of $300,000.00.
